Cancellation Notice
We recognize that the real estate market can change quickly during the sale or purchase of a home or commercial property. Our firm is dedicated to maintaining as much flexibility as we can with our clients in terms of accepting cancellations. However, we cannot sacrifice the quality of service we offer to our existing and future customers to accommodate repeated changes so we must require reasonable notice for cancellations.
